TPC Construction was formed in 1996 initially as a residential remodeling contractor in the Fort Wayne, Indiana area. With the shift to commercial construction in 2000, many opportunities were presented based on the needs of our clients and the difficulties they often times faced coordinating the post construction portions of their projects.

Total Precision Cabinetry opened for business in 2004 and was a natural addition to the construction company. TPC-2 as we refer to it, offers our customers an alternative casework company that would absolutely meet the construction deadlines while meeting or exceeding the quality the customer was accustomed to.

RESTORE-it! the third company in the group opened in 2005 and provided ongoing furniture, refinishing, interior design, and upholstery services to our commercial clients when the need arises.

Although our businesses are managed independently for each other, the coordination of the group and the high standards by which we collectively present our goods and services to our customers is our mission.

• Primary Responsibilities: Day to day operations and project estimating.

Project Manager: TPC Construction

• Since 2006
• 20 plus years as a senior project manager and job superintendent for national construction companies.
• Experienced in projects up to $7 million including shopping centers, strip malls, and national chain ground up construction.

Jobsite Foreman: TPC Construction

• Since 1997
• 8 years on construction crew
• Primary Responsibilities include the supervision commercial, office, and retail projects

Operational Support / Purchasing

• Since 2006
• 4 years experience running mechanical contractor office.
• Primary responsibilities include all job flow related organization, customer support, and purchasing.

• Opened Cabinet Shop in 2004
• 2 prior years on construction crew
• 20 plus years as an associate engineer with major defense contractor in plant layout and production equipment support.
• Primary responsibilities are daily production and product installation.

Special Project Manager: Total Precision Cabinetry

• Master woodworker and refuses to divulge for how long.
• Countless commercial projects including bars, restaurants, office buildings etc.
• Primary responsibilities include design, layout, and production cut lists for all custom projects

Lead interior designer: Restore-It!

• Since: 2006
• Vast retail and design experience in Portland, Chicago, and Ft. Wayne
• Primary responsibilities include in home interior design services, fabric purchasing, and the retail sales floor.

Lead woodworker: Restore-It!

• Since 2005
• Lifetime craftsman specializing in furniture and custom builds.
• Primary responsibilities include all wood related estimates, and running the woodshop.

• Since 2006
• Primary responsibilities include upholstery and seamstress projects, sales quotes, and customer service.
